WOMEN SING EAST is a well-established women’s choir which meets in east London. Our musical director is charismatic singer and experienced vocal leader, Fiona Hymns, supported by our talented accompanist Dan Chappell.

 

​We sing a wide range of musical genres including jazz, pop, folk and classical. We put on a concert every summer and perform at local community events during the year.

 

Choir members have the opportunity to enhance their singing and performing skills, learn new techniques, have fun and meet people in a supportive environment. New members are welcome, we don’t hold auditions and you don't need previous experience.

The organisation and finances of Women Sing East are overseen by a voluntary committee of members and our musical director. We have a constitution and hold an annual general meeting every autumn.
